  • Tenure at Community Mental Health Centers, with a focus on folks with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness

  • Understands the nuances of the Social Determinants of Health and how that impacts health outcomes, hospital readmissions, and life-long wellness

There is no one-size-fits-all solution to complex needs. It takes someone with creativity, curiosity, and commitment to navigate systems and provide resources and support in a time of change.

That is why I am the guide for you in this space. In addition to my career experience, I understand what it means to find yourself needing recommendations. My empathy and experience partnered together with you will bring you reassurance and peace of mind.

Historically, this type of program would be available to people on Medicaid, but not to anyone else. I desire equity for our community members. Therefore, I aim to even the field and provide care management for these periods of complex needs. This is hard already, let me help make it just a little easier.
